Annual Conclave - 2022

The Annual Conclave of the Metropolitan Division will be held on Saturday, 26th March 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in Mark Masons’ Hall.

All Grand Officers, Divisional Officers and Sovereigns, present and past, together with all Viceroys, Generals and High Prelates in the Division are requested to be present and all other Knights of the Order are cordially invited to attend.

TEA & COFFEE will be served from 9:30 a.m. in a first floor Dining Room.
ANNUAL CONCLAVE commences at 11:00 a.m.
ALL KNIGHTS to be seated by 10:45 a.m.
LUNCHEON will be served in the first floor Main Dining Room at 1:00 p.m.

How to book/submit apology:
  Register (Individual) – choose this option if you are booking a place at the meeting for yourself only. Your dining option can be added along with your menu choices, or you can send an apology. An apology will be recorded by the Provincial Grand Secretary.

  Register (Group) – yourself and up to 9 guests, but you must have a minimum of 2 Registrants (yourself and one guest). The “Member 1 information” is yourself, the following “Members” are your guest(s). Remember to click the option for dining if you and your guest(s) are dining. The next page takes you to “billing” which should be details of the person paying which may be just yourself.

 Charitable Donation - We have added a donation option to the booking form so you can make a COVID safe gift. The default amount can be changed and of course it can be zeroed if appropriate.

Cancellation will be accepted up to 11.59pm, 19th March 2022. Dining fees cannot be refunded after that date.
